Anyr Agency is a web design and digital solutions company based in Casablanca, Morocco. We provide website creation, AI chatbot development, digital marketing, and related services to businesses in Morocco and internationally. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All projects require a 50% upfront payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final deliverables are handed over or the website is launched.
We accept payment via Payoneer, CMI, PayPal, and bank transfer. Work will not commence until the upfront payment has been received and confirmed.
Monthly care plan fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, work on the project may be paused until payment is received.
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A revision round covers reasonable changes to layout, copy, colours, or functionality within the agreed project scope.
Additional revision rounds are available at 300 MAD / $59 per round. Revisions that constitute a change in scope are treated as new work and priced accordingly.
Revisions must be submitted in a single consolidated list per round.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Website projects are typically delivered within the timeframes indicated in the selected package, from the date the upfront payment is received and all required content has been supplied by the client.
Delays caused by late content delivery, revision rounds, or other client-side factors will extend the timeline accordingly. Anyr Agency is not liable for losses resulting from delivery delays.
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete content, branding materials, and third-party assets needed for the project in a timely manner. The client warrants that all materials supplied do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Anyr Agency is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. Anyr Agency retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. If cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
Anyr Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
Anyr Agency reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
